Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General

Goldline Nigeria Limited operates an e-commerce   website and or mobile applications together with supporting IT logistics and payment infrastructure for the sale and purchase of building finishing materials and general products and services in Nigeria.

1. These terms and conditions shall apply to all users of the e-commerce websites and or mobile applications regarding all activities, transactions and related services.
2. Use of the website and or mobile applications implies the full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Do not use our website or our mobile applications if you do not accept any part or terms and conditions.
3. Use of the website and or mobile applications implies that you and whoever or whatever organisation that you represent is fully aware of and has obtained the necessary authorisation and acceptance of these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them either as an individual or individuals or as a cooperate entity as the context requires.

      2. Terms and conditions of sale

1. A contract for the sale and purchase of a product or products will come into force between the buyer and Goldline Nigeria Limited formalizing a commitment to buy or sell the relevant product or products upon the buyer’s confirmation of purchase via the website or mobile application.
2. The price for a product is as stated in the relevant product listing.

1. Goods and services not fully paid for shall not be delivered.
2. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclusive of delivery and handling charges.
3. Goldline Nig.Ltd shall deploy its best efforts to ensure that products shipped to buyers shall be of satisfactory quality and conform in all material respects to the product listing and any other description of the products supplied or made available on the website and or mobile application to the buyer.

• Goldline Nig.Ltd warrants that it has good title to and is the sole legal and beneficial owner of the products and/or has the right to supply the products pursuant to this agreement and that the products are not subject to any third- party rights or restrictions.

3. Returns and refunds

Goldline Nig.Ltd shall after getting a report within 7 days of supply accept returns of products supplied to verified buyers for the following reasons only:

1. For replacement where a wrong specification was supplied in error or the product has a factory fault, provided that the items for replacement is confirmed to be in the same condition as when it was initially supplied by Goldline Nig. Ltd. before replacement. Goldline Nig.Ltd shall be responsible for the logistics for such replacement. Where Goldline Nig.Ltd does not have the corresponding product in stock to make the replacement required within a reasonable time, it shall refund the cost of such item to the buyer within 21 days of the return.
2. For replacement to a different item to suit the buyer’s changed preference provided that the differential in price has been paid to Goldline Nig.Ltd if the new item is more expensive than the item being returned for replacement. The buyer shall be responsible for the cost of logistics for such replacement.
3. Where an item is returned for replacement in good condition but without the original packaging in which it was supplied or such packaging is badly damaged, the buyer shall either pay the cost of new packaging as shall be determined by Goldline Nig. Ltd or the packaging of the new item to be supplied in replacement shall be recovered by Goldline Nig. Ltd in lieu.
4. It is the responsibility of the buyer or his representative to verify and confirm product condition and completeness at the point of supply. Goldline Nig.Ltd shall not accept any responsibility for the replacement of any item that was damaged or missing after supply from its warehouse. However, at the buyer’s cost, Goldline Nig.Ltd where possible shall facilitate professional repairs of such damage or replacement of missing items.

4. Payments
5. Payments can be made for products purchased online either through the secure payment gateway or by transfer to our official and verified company account on our e-commerce website and or mobile application.
6. Please note that payments are processed through third-parties. Goldline Nig Ltd shall not be responsible for refunds for failed payments.
7. No staff or representative of Goldline Nig.Ltd is authorised to receive any payment in cash, personal names or any other name or representation other than Goldline Nig.Ltd.
8. Goldline Nig.Ltd shall not accept responsibility or liability for any payment made to any account other than the authorised accounts of Goldline Nig.Ltd.
9. Orders once processed and paid for cannot be cancelled.

5. Installations

We highly recommend that we install our products to ensure best outcomes.

1. Where products purchased from us do not operate properly due to poor installation by third-parties, Goldline Nig Ltd shall make corrective interventions only after and initial assessment at the cost of the buyer. The corrections shall be made after payment by the buyer of the assessed cost.
2. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide power and ladder where necessary and required for installation of the products purchased.
3. Where masonry (brick-laying) work is required as part of an installation, it shall be the responsibility of the buyer except where otherwise expressly agreed with Goldline Nig Ltd.
4. Where a buyer requires special wrapping protection for products after installation from construction stains and dirts, such service shall be at an additional cost if required to be done by Goldline Nig. Ltd and shall be assessed and advised.
5. Delivery
6. Delivery shall be done within 7 days of payment unless otherwise agreed expressly with the buyer.
7. Goldline Nig. Ltd shall not be responsible for loss or damage of goods while in transit
8. Delivery charges, packaging charges, handling and related charges as well as insurance costs and other ancillary costs and charges where relevant shall be agreed separately between the buyer and Goldline Nigeria Limited on the provision of relevant information to the company.

1. A buyer shall exercise his discretion to make his own delivery arrangements.

1. Goldline Nigeria Limited shall on the buyer’s instruction deploy its best efforts to engage a reliable third-party transporter to deliver products purchased by the buyer.

1. Where relevant, delivery and related charges shall be borne by the buyer and becomes binding on the communication by Goldline Nig.Ltd of the total cost of the delivery to the buyer and confirmation of acceptance of the amount by the buyer.
2. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the contract of carriage shall be between the third-party carrier and the buyer.
3. Goldline Nigeria Limited shall not assume the liabilities of the carrier for the safe, timely and complete delivery of the purchased items merely by facilitating a third-party carrier for the delivery of purchased products to a buyer on the buyer’s instructions.
4. Liability
5. Goldline Nig. Ltd shall not be liable for any third-party contents, materials and resources.
6. Goldline Nig. Ltd shall not be liable for damages from site misuse, hacking, or force majeure events.
7. Account Registration
8. Users are required to provide accurate information on account registration.
9. It is the sole responsibility of the users to ensure safety of their login details.
10. User accounts may be suspended or deleted by Goldline Nig. Ltd for violations without recourse or obligation.
11. A user may request the deletion of the user accounts at anytime by contacting the Goldline Nig. Ltd.
12. Content & Intellectual Property

All non third user contents on this website are either owned or licensed by Goldline Nig. Ltd. Unauthorised copying, modification, sharing and use is strictly prohibited.
