Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Lagos & Environs: 2 – 4 business days
  • Major Cities Nationwide: 3 – 7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5 – 10 business days

Delivery timelines begin after payment confirmation and order processing. Public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues may affect delivery schedules.


3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and quantity
  • Handling requirements

Delivery costs will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch.
Goldline reserves the right to adjust delivery fees due to changes in logistics or fuel costs.


4. Order Processing

5. Delivery Method

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Once the delivery note is signed, Goldline will not be liable for damages not reported at the point of delivery.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
  • Contact Goldline customer support immediately

Verified cases will be resolved through replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to receive items

The order may be returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery will attract additional delivery charges.


9. Customer Responsibilities

11. Bulk & Project Deliveries

For bulk orders and construction projects:

  • Delivery schedules may be staged or phased

Goldline shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:

13. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when:
